I bought a Nike+ Sportsband about a month ago and have been enjoying it a lot. I definitely have issues with it, but all in all it is a good product. The Nike+ website sucks, though.

I will write more about it later in my LiveJournal, but I am glad to hear someone else is using it.

Hey there,

I work for a web hosting company (a2hosting.com) and would be happy to make an account for you if you like. You'd have Fantastico and be able to upgrade through that, or I could help you do it manually. I just upgraded 3 blogs to 2.5 the other day by hand and it was a pretty straightforward process. Let me know if I can be of assistance.

Re: Clarifying

I think the question is not that an alumni could pursue licensure, for under the RCW, it's possible that TRACS is sufficient for granting the study required for licensure. Mars Hill Graduate School has been in candidacy for 3 years now.

So long as people are doing the post-graduate experience necessary, and getting licensure beyond "registered counselor" before doing private practice, I'm peachy keen. The problem is not just with a Mars Hill graduate having an RC and doing private practice - the same goes with a UW student who has graduated from the program, but doesn't have the requisite experience for licensure. It's irresponsible and makes for bad clinicians, because it does not encourage an individual honing their skills with someone with greater experience.

Mars Hill Graduate School is accredited by the Transnational Association of Christian Schools (TRACS). MHGS alumni can pursue licensure in Washington and many other states per the processes defined by those states. MHGS is currently candidating in the self study phase for regional accreditation with the Northwest Coalition of Colleges and Universities (NWCCU).

what an interesting post. i completely agree with you, customer service is paramount to having a good shopping experience. what a shame babeland has gone down this route. I was not aware that it was an actual store as well, i thought it was just an online store selling dildos and and more for women. if i was you i would be writing a letter to the head office of babeland and telling them your thoughts, surely no company wants unsatisfied clients and maybe they need to have brought to their attention.

This second post, after reading your first, on facial toners is really interesting. It is possible that once you begin using a product, your skin becomes accustomed to it and actually does behave better by using it. Although I tend to find that by changing my skincare routine every now and then I get better results in most cases.

Other than in my teenage years, I have avoided toner for the most part. In adult skin, it is probably most beneficial in the t-zone if there is some excess oil there.

Hey- I saw your comment on the Irish beer scene over at boingboing.net and was wondering if you had any specific "must-sees" to suggest for someone who's also into the craft beer scene. My wife and I will be in Ireland for the first time in March; we are visiting Dublin, Limerick, and Galway, and then we proceed to London. I've already noted your suggestions about Galway Hooker and Porterhouse Brewpub in Dublin (including An Brain Blasta). If you have any other thoughts or general tips, please let me know. Otherwise, thanks for those suggestions!

You don't have to reply to this comment; you can send me an email if you'd like.

Not being a guacamole fan, I can't comment on the ingredients, but that's common in grocery stores these days - you hardly ever know what you're really buying. Anyway, I think buying natural products of whatever type is a growing trend because people are getting smarter and science is starting to admit the harm that certain ingredients in products can do to a person. In Canada, The Body Shop is a good choice for sure - a very busy place at Christmas time.

Laura-

Just wanted to say Season's Greetings, that I was thinking of you, and that I'm sorry for any pain I may have caused. Looks like you're doing well, and I'm glad. Merry Christmas!

P.S. I can never thank you enough for introducing me to my favorite band, The Twilight Singers. :)
